Quality

The ICTE (Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality) “Q” quality mark is awarded as a certificate of the standards to which tourist-related businesses work. It has the backing of the Secretariat of State for Trade and Tourism.

To obtain the mark, establishments must meet required standards in infrastructure, equipment, treatment of guests during their stay, cleanliness, upkeep, safety, environmental considerations and marketing.

Donamariako Benta was one of the first establishments in Navarre to obtain the “Q” for its professionalism and excellence.
