The Family

In 1990 Elixabete Badiola and Imanol Luzuriaga decided to leave San Sebastián to start this business.

Their daughters Lorea and Haizea trained as a tourist business technician and as a cook respectively, and subsequently joined the business, bringing their professional skills to bear on their parents’ dream.
