Rooms
This former farmhouse in the Navarrese valley of Baztán-Bidasoa
has been turned into a typical, friendly mountain hotel. The original
structure remains intact, though the building has been thoroughly renovated.
The exterior is in the style typical of the large rural houses of days
gone by, and the five bedrooms are decorated with simple good taste,
making them amazingly comfortable. At first glance Donamariako Benta
is extremely attractive, but many more attractive features become apparent
when visitors move inside, where the concern of Elixabet, Imanol, Lorea
and Haizea for recovering the traditions and art of the local area is
immediately apparent.
The five pleasing, cosy double bedrooms are decorated with antique furniture.
They all have balconies, full bathrooms, TV and central heating.
